Southern’s Water Technology Shipping Policy

Southern’s will sell and ship goods Australia wide, we do not ship overseas.

Freight charges for good are as follows:

Under $250 Order Value

  • Australia wide $15.

Over $250 Order Value

  • Australia wide Freight Free.

For Special Order items, freight is quoted.

When you place an order, we will contact you via email to confirm the order. The order is then shipped once payment has been cleared, we aim to process the order as soon as possible, usually within 12 hours of receipt. We aim to keep items in stock, if we do not have stock of the goods for some reason, we will contact you to provide a lead time for when we are expecting to receive them.

Once the goods are despatched, we will email you with transport details and consignment note details so you are able to track and trace your shipment. Goods are insured for loss or damage and should arrive within 3-7 days, depending on location.


Warranty Policy

Every product sold by Southern’s Water Technology (SWT) carries a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, most pump products carry a 2 or 3 year conditional warranty. If the product you have purchased from us has a problem or fails, please contact us via email on sales@southernswater.com.au or (08) 97213577 and one of our staff will be able to assist you.

On all items, the manufacturer’s warranty is considered back to base and is calculated from the date of invoice. SWT warrants that when this product is used for the purpose it was designed and is correctly installed and used according to manufacturer’s instructions then it will be free of material and manufacturing defects at the time of the original purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty product and does not cover third party costs including the costs of electricians, plumbers, damage from downtime etc.

As it is back to base, the customer covers the cost of freight to return the faulty product to SWT, if found to be faulty we will freight the repaired or replaced item back to you at our cost. Please contact us prior to sending any goods under warranty claim as faults or issues can sometimes be rectified without the expense and down time. If the goods arrive at your house damaged from us, please contact us immediately as this can be replaced quickly and is generally covered under insurance.


Returns Policy

When you make a purchase from Southern’s Water Technology, if you are not completely satisfied with the item that we have supplied then it is possible to return it for a swap for an alternate item or a refund. Specially ordered items and assembled and wired bore pump kits are not returnable except for warrantable fault. The freight for the return of any item is at your cost and we will only accept and refund unopened, clean and unused product. Please call the shop and discuss the situation with us before returning anything.
